Success at the last workshop
29-May-2010 Our latest Body-Emotion-Mind Connection workshop in Denver over Memorial Day weekend brought togethe..Masami's Essentials
We co-create the universe that we live in and everything is interdependent. We are all connected, so what we say, feel, think, and do can change the way world turns. When you change, everything around you changes, so even though you might feel like you are being treated unfairly by someone on the street, at work, or at home, you can change the way you look at the situation and realize what part you have been playing to perpetuate the situation. You are a part of the whole and you can actively choose to change the situation that you are in. [ More Essentials ]Testimonials

Clarity of Purpose
All of us experience pain, discomfort, change and challenge in our lives on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. There is no such thing as a 'one size fits all' solution to any difficulty we might face. What we often fail to realize is that each of our bodies operates uniquely as a whole system that incorporates all of these aspects--hence the Zenshin Method.
The Zenshin Method
The purpose of the Zenshin Method (ZM) is to catalyze internal healing processes by restoring the conscious connection between body, mind, emotion, and psyche. These components of our beings are intricately interwoven and cannot be compartmentalized or separated. ZM uses tools and techniques that focus awareness on the whole person by educating clients how to become experts in themselves, so that they can take responsibility for their own growth and healing.
Zenshin (pronounced zen 'sheen) is a Japanese word that can have multiple meanings depending on the configuration of ideographs used. It can mean any or all of the following: moving forward; drive; gradual progress; whole body; whole heart; conscience; virtue; ancestral connection.
Each definition is a reflection of the work that Masami has developed and refined in her years as a wellness practitioner.
